Hot Air Balloon Still Not Working
We downloaded the game yesterday. My daughter was very excited to take the gems in the hot air balloon. It’s still not working. The game is fully updated.

Never able to complete! Glitches
So I caved and bought this for my daughter at 9.99 only to find out I had to spend more for two other lands at 2.99 each as well. All so she could complete the task of collecting all the gems!
Only when she does manage to do so it glitches and she looses all progress this is terrible and very frustrating for a 5 year old. I’m thinking a refund until they fix the glitch.

Gems disappears
I have paid for the complete version however it is really frustrating that the gems disappear when I travel between realms. Can you please let me know how this can be fixed?
Not working
I’m having issues delivering gems to eventually open the prince and princess. Taking gems to the lion and upon arrival the gems disappear. Am I doing something wrong my daughter is becoming fed up she does all activities to get the gems for them to vanish.

Whenever I put something into the hot air balloon and travel to another realm, nothing but the hot air balloon appears! I had fun when I was able to put crystals into the hot air balloon and travel with it to the next realm with it in the basket, but now it no longer works... 😔 Everything else so much fun though! I will give it five stars when you fix the issue, other then that, it’s so much fun!!!

Where are the rocks I only found one so can you please make it easier for me to find the magic rocks on the app but I still enjoy playing on this app it’s really good fun l like when you can put the fairy wings on your person it’s fun but still can you make it easier for me thank you so much.

Some bugs but really good
Okay so I’ve had this game since I was 5 witch was 3 years ago but there was some bugs so what the bugs do they kick you out of the game even if you don’t exit the game but it’s really fun and I still love to play this even tho I’m passed the age of 6 keep up the good work!
