Great app. Terrible company!
So, I downloaded the app. Everything with the app is great. I was able to upload everything that I was asked to give them. Was told I was approved for the loan, was given a closing date. I was told they would set up an appraisal. The closing date is in three days and I haven’t heard from my loan officer in over a month. She won’t answer my phone calls, texts or emails. But the app is great.
