Sometimes we get the notification. For entry of visitors also not every time i get the notification

Sometimes to open the app it takes such a long time..
Rest all ok i have made few complaints fr the firt time thy come n inspect the problem n says vll come back wth the products which need to b fixed and they never came

The website requires tremendous amount of improvement. In the present state, as an Owner I am unable to understand and correctly use the website to get information or to seek a service or assistance. It apparently does not have a “Help” section to guide any one how to use the website. I am also unable to understand the following:-
1. why there are two websites “My Lodha”
and “BelleVie” .
2. How do an owner raise a complaint. I am
unable to find this feature in the
downloaded MyLodha App in my phone
3. I received a few Notification stating “My
Guests”. I do not live in my flat and I have
not requested for an approval or sought
permission to allow anyone. Most of the.
them are shown as for “Delivery “ but
apparently never left and some of them
were shown stayed on for very prolonged
period of time. All of them have been
allowed into the Complex by the security
(Neelam Rewale, MD Rehan Ali) In both
cases the delivery person stayed on for
very long time. Is there a breach of

The worst entry management app in the world
I’ve used many other gate management systems in other apartments. I’ve never used something as big-ridden, as clunky and as user-unfriendly as the Lodha app.
Slow, lags and a pain to use
Too many steps to simply invite a guest and then you can’t directly send the invite, need to screenshot and send the pic to a guest. Pain to use, designed by someone who’s completely disconnected to the end user. A negative review if possible would be apt for this painful app that Lodha residents have to use

Everything is a show from Lodha Group, once you buy anything, you’re trapped and the experience from Great Sales to absolute Torture of an After Sales Services makes me regret ever dealing with them.
Pathetic is the word, even so called platinum customer service desk would not bother to work on the issues, and close cs ticket.

Notification expires in seconds
If there’s a visitor and there’s a notification for approval, if you don’t do it within exactly 1 sec the notification expires. It’s dumb and hilarious at the same time.
Data Pilferage. Don’t use if you value your privacy.
App is illicitly accessing phone data. Users/ Residents be warned: Lodha Group and its IT contractors have access to your data without your permission. All phone contacts are uploaded to their servers after installing the app, without user consent [ if users have already installed the app, you can confirm yourself under Add Lease column ] It shouldn’t be long before Apple kicks them out the App Store.

Alert: Unauthorized accessing of phone contacts!
I didn’t think this was possible but the “My Lodha” App is able to access my phone contacts even when no permission has been given to address book.
This is demonstrated under the “Add Lease” section of the App, wherein users can select a contact from the phone address book to add.
My entire directory is loading up in this section, even when no permission has been granted to access my contacts. I deleted and reinstalled, with the same result. The Apple permissions section under settings doesn’t show the app as authorized to access contacts either but behold!
Apple please ACT! I wonder what else is the app able to access without permission? Location? Photos? I use the Apple Platform, instead of Android, precisely to avoid such malicious coding infiltrating the App Store.

Feature suggestion
Should consider adding a feature in the app where neighbors can post, like, comment, etc.
Update has removed apple HEIF photo format
Unable to post photo directly from photos albums as update has removed support for all format other than jpeg.
