Worst app ever!
Made with zero understanding of UI, needs multiple verification codes, and the company has been doing this already for 12 years!

I love how this app looks and it’s really convenient to use!
Impractical app
It is a hassle for customers to download an app just to order. Furthermore, within the app, there are no pictures of the food for ordering, so we still have to look at the hard copy menu to order. Lastly, we cannot add on further orders after submitting. We had to order through the staff. Might as well just scrap the app.

Poor platform for F&B
Firstly, it’s unnecessary to ask customers to download an app just to order food. There are always a browser option.
Secondly, if I were to make an additional order, it does not capture in the system and rendered a delay in the order.
This app is a waste of effort.
