Hello! Please read the Informations app. It will connect if you use firmware up to 1.3.8. If you have firmware above 1.3.8 you cannot get the data from the scooter. There is a way to downgrade your firmware, it takes 5 minutes so, but you have to search on the internet yourself for the procedure.
