Unable to view SOA
I’m unable to view my SOA for a week now and emailed the CS team but still haven’t received any response from them. It’s been 2 days already and no response. Very disappointing.

I’m disappointed with the app. I am a MS property owner and would not understand the logic for not allowing owner/users to edit and update their own email addresses and contacts in their profiles. Isn’t it common sense as people change their email and or contacts sometimes? Isn’t this not how you like to stay connected with customers if you allow them to update their latest information? Such a shame!!

Appropriate residents’s facility deposit
I filled the deposit refund request form since November 2024 but still haven’t received my deposit back. The answer I received is just “we are checking” as always but never check anything and haven’t delivered any information further to my deposit refund request. My follow up emails were ignored by M Vertica Management Team. Very bad service 👎

The app asked me to update the app in order to use it. I’ve updated but still asking me to update again and again!
App asked for new update, but App Store indicated this is the latest version.
There is a functional bugs. App are not functional and asked for new update, but there is no new update in App Store!

What a crappy app! Tooks forever to load! Cant even view bill (keeps spitting error) and most funny part the app doesnt even have some sort of redundant server. There is 1 time it down for 2 days! Making every service such as guest registration and facilities booking totally crippled! Dont know where did the dev team comes from. Never think of redundancy yet wanna “force” resident to fully depend on it.

Unable to update
I would like to check my project update. However, this app keep asking me to update to new update. When I tried to update it, its buffer without update. I’m iPhone 14 user

unable to login I key in correct password and says wrong password. Then I changed my password and still says invalid password. My account got locked. Damn asked me to call customer service. Why cant you provide the service to unlock the account online?
