Need to improve

You guys really need to improve if u wish to stay in competition
Apps like PharmEasy, Tata1Mg are far more fast in delivery and overall service

1. Delivery timelines
U took 3 days to deliver
Whereas PharmEasy delivers in either same day or next day

If someone is not well
Do u mean he shall wait for 3 days for medicines?

2. No contact number for queries
After placing an order I was wondering where to check

3. Order tracking is pathetic
My order is delivered
It’s still showing it’s in transit

4. App interface is good quite user friendly

5. There is no loyalty points system, no motivation for me order again

Total waste

This app is utter waste, won’t let you add the patient info. Won’t let you add the address nothing. There’s no use of keeping it. It lags like anything. Total waste
