Doesn’t work properly
This app doesn’t work. Terrible UI, pages that don’t load, inexistent options. Needs a serious update.
I need a computer?
I need to scan a qr from a computer??? I don’t have one. Why can’t I login in with my username and Pw I created on my phone? Useless and the page I. Safari doesn’t scale well. Was the app written by a kindergartener?
Worked once
I was skeptical about the app but tried it anyway. After putting the app on my phone, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it worked and that the information was useful. After that initial experience, the app no longer provides any of my household information, and it does show I am logged in and has the correct information. It does give tips on conservative water use and shows a graph that compares the weather (heat) and precipitation. Neither of those things are helpful if your household usage isn’t provided.

Useless
It used to help watch my gallons but recently it stopped. My usage is supposed to reset at the beginning of the month. It’s on 3 months and still counting. It’s completely useless now.
Can’t use unless you have a Computer
I downloaded the device in the hopes that it would work. I can’t tell if this app works, because it tells me that I have to use a computer; I only have a smartphone.
