I love the play this game but the problem is the way it keeps giving out and stopping to the point you can’t enjoy the game.

Every time I try to get something or do anything I get an ad maybe that’s just me but idk
BTW I had this game for a long time then I accidentally deleted it and I got kinda upset because I had to restart but now I’m playing it again

Bugs
I get about 30 seconds of game play before the app freezes my entire phone and then glitches so I have to close the app and reopen. And i already bought no ads…. :(
Oh come OOOON
Ads popping up literally every minute. Makes it impossible to play the game, super irritating. I swear I tried not paying too much attention but it gets worse every time. Let’s be honest, not a single adequate and good game has ads at all, but in this case, they follow you at every step
Freeze and Lost game money
This game freezes way too often, and it’s extremely frustrating. When the game freezes and I’m forced to close and restart it, I lose the game money I’ve earned. This happens frequently, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to recover the lost money. Please fix the freezing/crashing issues and consider reimbursing players for money lost due to the game being forced to close. It’s difficult to enjoy the game when progress and rewards keep disappearing.
Update 9/4/26 - I was told to contact support, which I did 8/24/26, but I still haven’t received a response. Are you actually looking into the issue, or are you directing me to support because it’s a standard response to Apple reviews? I’ll like a direct answer on whether the game is being fixed instead of being told to contact support and then ignore. Thank you.

Game keeps crashing
Really enjoy the game it’s a lot of fun, but it’s constantly crashing and I have to reset it constantly.

Plz fix the workers they run into each other and don’t move. And I made a couple purchases for no ads and nothing happened cause I didn’t allow app tracking.
Constant breaks ruin it
The mini breaks it forces on you are awful and makes it unplayable. I’m not going to spend money on a game I’ve only been playing for 10 minutes while also enduring a bunch of adds to speed things up. Uninstalling.
Forces you to buy AD free version otherwise unplayable
This is exactly the type of game I was looking for but the forces Ads every 3 minutes make it unplayable. This is unlike any game I’ve played as you normally have to pay to remove ads from extra things or to speed things up not to just play the game! Bit disappointing! But also once you get past that there seems to be a glitch where there’s spaces to pay for new equipment or workers but it only shows you the price not what you’re buying? I’ve tried shutting down and reopening the game but doesn’t change. Bit pointless and has put me off playing the game. Couldn’t find somewhere to report the glitch so have had to put it in a review.

Spent money keeps crashing
Idk what’s wrong with this app like it’s so fun and I keep wanting to play it but every like 5 min I’m on the app is glitches and completly freezes my entire phone. I spent money to get rid of ads and now I don’t want to use it anymore because of this. Plz fix this issue I’m having so much fun :(

WAY too many adds. I can’t even go 2 minutes without an add…. Not everyone has the money to pay for ad free, so it ruins the game.

The game is excellent and lots of fun. However I paid to remove ads when I first bought it. I had finished all levels and Marts fully complete so didn’t play for a while. Now when I play I am seeing ads again. Why is this ?
Crashing
It constant freezes and crashes. I’ll watch the add, the ‘x’ will never pop up and then I don’t get the reward because I have to close out of the app. Kind of BS if you ask me.
Love this game
Honestly I’ve been playing this game for years and I just don’t know how it’s not more popular. No ads great for when you need zen time.
