Issue with Dropbox Backup
I’ve been using this for years and I love this app!! Easy even to keep track of who I have service plans with or the time we will be starting
Since the update, I am not able to backup to Dropbox and the app will crash so I hope there is an update for that.

Restore problems
I have backed up to Dropbox my app on my
older phone, iPhone XR. I downloaded the app to my new phone, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and connected it to my Dropbox app. But when I go to restore the info to my ministry app it only gives the option to back up and not restore from what’s already there. How do I transfer my records to the new phone??

Okay, some glitches
I’m unable to view my yearly stats. Works okay otherwise though
No carryover
This app used to carry over a half hour for me (except for a new service year of course). But now it doesn’t seem to do it. Not sure why. Otherwise very simple. Love being able to take a few notes about my day so I can remember things better.
Difficulties
Today I can’t open my app. I found that it requires 13 iOS or something (I’m not that smart, I’m 60) but my phone has 12. How come it worked before?
Phone not compatible with update. Lost info
My operating system is no longer compatible with the app. Now I can access my time:-( what can I do.
Credit hour field is missing
I love this app but have not been able to keep track of LDC credit hours because there is no field for it. My daughter downloaded it to her phone and it is there but I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled- still no credit hours field! Help! I have an iPhone XR, previously an 8+
Update: The field is absent by design if you are not pioneering and the developer contacted me with that info directly (thank you!). However, as a publisher I may not get “credit hours” for LDC work, but I do have to account for that time on my report and it becomes part of my record. I would argue that it needs to be available to all as it is in other apps now. Thank you

You need to toggle the pioneer setting on the setting tab. Only pioneers can report credit hours so it’s only visible for pioneers.

I love this app but would you be able to let us make an account so if we have to delete we can sign back in and our information will still be there?

You can create a DropBox account for free and back up to DropBox within the app. Hope that helps.
How do I add background/text colors?
I love this app since I don’t need one to keep track of RVs etc. still old school. I cannot figure out how to apply the background/text colors I have chosen. Please help me. Thanks.

Once you adjust the slider to the colors you want just press the text that says Set Color.

I’m someone who finds it really difficult to keep up with my time mostly because math is stressful for me and I have a math disability so having this app as a new pioneer has been so helpful to feel confident keeping my time I am so grateful to the developer my brother thank you so much! Having the text message feature is awesome too! 😊

ONLY time & not RV's👍 that’s Perfect!
Thanks for this app. I love that it's only for keeping track of service time and placements and not for return visits. I didn't want an RV app so the fact this app isn't for RV's but just a time keeper is perfect. And thanks for keeping up with direction. I'm so glad you were able to make an update for the new "placement" requirement now that we don't count our placements separately. I don't know why people would be confused on that. We were just informed that ALL placements (books,tracts, magazines,ect.) are now just considered to be the same and to record them simply as "placements". To have this update done so timely is awesome!!!!
Update-It's purely simple. It helps me to keep my pioneering organized. And changing the colors is one of the best features.

Good, but...
This is a good app. However, one of the biggest problems I’ve had and it led me to delete is, the app keeps wanting to carry over time to the following month. That’s great if you are Regular Pioneer, however, is inapplicable for Publishers. The regular pioneer setting is turned off, however, I still had that problem time and time again. Even though I would go through and even up my numbers, it would still randomly carry over time. Just frustrating time and time again. But other than that, I used the app for quite a few months.

Credit Hours Problem
I really love this app because it is great for just keeping track of time. My only problem is I just finished going to Pioneer School and can’t put in my 30 hour credit it will only let me go as far as 20 for credit. Is it possible to fix it? Thank you!

You can split the credit over 2 days.
Great app but...
It’s a very well done app and it’s very nice that it has graph that shows your monthly hours. This is very use to see ones yearly progression. Another great tool is that it can be easily backed up through Dropbox.
Now for the “but”, it may be great and all but the way the app is structured is a bit to clutter and forced. If you don’t mind this, this is a perfect app for you.

Simple and effective
I've been using this app for about 3 years or so, and find it to be an effective and simple way to report the time I spend in the ministry. After starting my career in regular Pioneering did I realize the other time-tracking gems in the app.
Easy to Use
So much easier to use than the others. Very simple Field Service app. Records all my key information SIMPLY.
Easy to use, calendar format, with credits. Win, win, win!
I have to visualize a month using a calendar. Apps that count time by entering it line by line confuse me to no end! I wouldn't even notice if I had missed entering a date. I love that it tallies for me, including credits! Awesome. I love the visual on the "Monthly" tab.
I have been Pioneering for over 10 years now, this is by far my favorite way of counting time. Easy to use, visualize, and keep up with. Even the little downy face when I'm behind for the year makes me laugh. Nicely nicely done! 👍👍👍

Great app, but needs a little more!
I think this app has the potential to be much greater than what it is at the moment. I think there should be an option for minutes. Not just hours. & also an option for revisits. Once those options are available, it'll be a 5-star rated app!

Hello, thanks for the review. With regards to minutes - I tried to keep it simple. Since we report in 15 minute increments, my thought was .25/.50/.75 for 15/30/45 minutes. Hope that helps. As for return visits - there is no plan to bring them into this app, sorry for the inconvenience.
Best App for the Ministry
Of all the apps for the ministry I've tried, this is my favorite one. It's simple and very easy to use. Only possible way to improve would be to add geotagging for return visits (most other field service apps use this). Other than that it is a great app!
