When the app works it’s awesome. Seems to be kinda hit or miss. Also drive times are way off compared to miles driven. For instance I could drive 2 miles but it will say I ran the car for 7 hours.

What a joke of an app. “Works” if you know how to troubleshoot… and you always have to troubleshoot. Basic info only with limited ability to do anything. And they want to charge you how much?!? What a joke

Might work
Ongoing issues with remote start and remote lock/unlock. Was at dealer yesterday for another issue and mentioned this - learned then that the app is not affiliated with Mitsubishi, but is a third party vendor. Trying to troubleshoot issues using the app is pointless.
Does not work
The app remote start does work. The app tells you your door are unlocked when they are locked
App needs major improvements
App rarely connects to vehicle. Only works seamlessly if charging or the actual vehicle is on. Which kind of defeats the purpose. Even after it’s done charging, the app stops connecting

The moment there’s a charge for this app I’m dropping it like a hot potato.

Pay $228 a year with is totally ridiculous! should be included in the cost when buying the vehicle! Do not work half the time and when you call cust. service and file a ticket no way to get in contact with said company bc Mitsubishi dosnt handle it goes to third party and they only reach you by email! Had taken me 2 months to get resolution/email back.

EDIT: Downgrading to 1star. This app absolutely sucks. Nothing has gotten better since I made my initial 2 star rating a year ago. In fact it is worse. Now it doesn’t even show status.
The charge scheduling function of this app sucks. Very glitchy, usually takes multiple attempts to change or turn off timer. I’d set for a home charging time, takes forever to turn it off so you can charge when away. Also, Why is there not a simple way to remotely stop charging. A simple stop button, instead we have to configure and set up a whole timer schedule to get it to shut off.

Mitsubishi Connect App
This is a good app. It would be good if doo lock unlock status indicators available in the app. This is handy since simply you don’t have automatic door lock like other car brands.
Not worth it
Used the app while it was free, but too many issues. Start feature wouldn’t work when it was cold, so that was useless in the winter. The only reason I would have kept it, but not for the ridiculous yearly price.
