Hate that you have to pay 20 bucks to make the job easier! I love love love the app! It made it so easy to help customers out and all but now my free trial ran out so I have to learn how to use the other app… 🥱🥴

This is only way I could order products. I paid to be market pro and now they say app is no longer free...how am I supposed to place orders???

I sign up to monat in March was able to use the app for a month and was not sure what monat pro was until now. I can’t log in thrue the app because I obviously did not sign up for the monat pro part I did like the app it was simple to use but I refused to pay the 19.99 I just started the business poin to it was to work and make money and save not spend more then what I don’t have

It should be free for everyone
I feel like this app should be free, just how the website is free, this should be free too. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay for this app. It’s obnoxious af. Especially us market partners, we need this app for free. It’s easier for us to make orders & sign up people thru an app like this then of waiting to go home log into ur laptop and make orders and sign people. It should totally be free. This app shouldn’t make it harder for us, as we already are working off our butts to get somewhere, why can’t this app be for free? It’s common sense really. There is no reason for you guys to charge us to use the app what so ever.

It used to be such a good app but its been months since it doesn’t allow me to log in again. The access is restricted for MP.

Hi, I had downloaded the app as my uplink person advised me to. There were a lot of glitches but I was still willing to use it. I am a market partner, but now I’m logged out because what I didn’t know is, you have to pay a $19.99 fee to use the Market Partner Back Office Pro app. I was never told this. Why would you make your market partners pay to use an app that’s selling your products Monat? They are making that money any way they can right? Sadly now I am forced to use the website which is even worse on my cell that the app.

Upgrade to premier
Trying to use app but no option to upgrade to premier. Any help?
Does not let me sign in
I’ve been a market partner since September and the app still does not let me sign in. I can only use my laptop to sign in or safari. What’s the point of an app if you can’t use it?
Why!?!
I was able to use the app for maybe a month and now it says I can only use it if I am a Pro-user. And that’s not going to happen!
Only for MP now?
Loved the ease and use of the app but now it says only for MP?? So now I have to pay $20 a month for access?? Shouldn’t MPs have use to tools that can grow their business without having to spend more money each month? And $20 is a lot for a back office!

Just recently started using this app on my IPad Pro. Please allow app to rotate to landscape mode for use in laptop configuration .
No Longer Available As A MP???
I don’t understand with technology in this day and age that this app is not available to a Market Partner? Now I am not able to order via app? Why? Please allow us to order again. I am more likely to purchase items after viewing them on my phone, than going on my computer which is rarely with me. Oh, and shipping is supposed to be free for MP and I was charged for shipping!

Only for pro users
I downloaded the app thinking this would be really easy to use but when I tried logging in it told me it’s restricted to market partner pros only.
Too Inconsistent
Always have a problem with it recognizing my login info, saying I’m not a MP. Too frustrating so deleted it.
Make available!
As a VIP customer using the website on my phone is very stressful. An app designed for a phone screen would be much more convenient! Make an app available for customers! Lots of people would appreciate!

Not an affordable app
This app was suppose to make it easy to signup customers and place orders, except they want you to pay $20/mo to use this app. App works great with some bugs, but this needs to be affordable. It’s not like the app is all that, I’ve run into apps far profitable than this cost less per year. Redonkulous.
