Personal journey
Exactly what I needed
devs: please keep going!
i like the moon phases and evolution of my cycle being connected, i like tracking how that impacts my energy throughout the month, and i have a self-led work schedule, was looking for an app that would help me sync my work habits throughout the month with the moon and menstrual cycle, not be about not getting pregnant or sex habits. i’m not having sex and don’t focus on that; i’m about tracking for myself and the flow of my own life.
the concept is very good and will cause people who resonate with it to give the app a lot of passes because it’s different and is unique and different in how it handles period tracking, and the belief behind it.
i’m writing this review because i like the concept a lot, and i want the developers to invest the money they would need to dump into this to turn this from someone’s side project into something like Stardust as far as UX and design, which i found after i uninstalled this one and am currently using.
i would use this app and possibly consider paying for it if it was treated as seriously as far as UX and design go as the alternatives in the marketplace, but it’s currently clunky and not sleek, and i can see and feel this in a way that makes me choose other options over it.
i also don’t think most users or the project leaders themselves understand design or UX and the potential here or how it changes public perception and how usable an app feels the way a team of professional developers do. i would love to see what a team of female-led, full time, professional app designers do to this if they were to invest in user research and things to turn this into something exceptional and polished to turn it from a side project into a full on product that’s at the same level as other period trackers in the marketplace
Poor Functionality
Basic
Not quite
Confusing to use, not accurate or user friendly
Clunky, but they “get it.”
The app is unforgiving for those who aren’t entirely informed on the core data about their cycles. There’s no way to adjust how many days on average your cycles are or how long your average period is after you initially set it up without signing out and making a new account. There’s also no way to indicate when you period starts unless you’re adding an already-complete bleed cycle.
Incorrect expected period marker

Amazing resource for women!
Beware “free trial”
Great intuitive app for women
Fantastic App, highly recommended!
It’s not free but it’s worth it.
Didn’t use
Learned my lesson!
Does not track accurately when cycle is between two months
I just don’t get it.
The layout and concept are beautiful, but it’s an unfortunate waste of money. I’ve tried for several months and still
Don’t know how to log my cycles in this app.
Save your pennies and try a different tracker app, like Flo or PTracker, both of which are waaaaaaaaaay easier to use. (As if we need anything else difficult while cramping and bloating!)
