Makes me want to leave Main Street Bank.. Have to change passwords so many times that I can’t even remember my password anymore… Been locked out so I’m late on payments absolutely horrible

Too many log in issues
App will literally log me out and tell me to change my password. The worst banking app I have to use.
Superb App
So easy to use and almost instant notifications of any transactions that you make. Keeps bookkeeping up to date. Just sign in and see your transactions instantly. And the push notifications are great, Let’s you know when, where and time when any changes or charges are made.

After update in the last week, it stinks. No longer are purchases notifications working, the nonsensical layout is atrocious.

The absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. If I would have known about this merger, i would have withdrawn all my $$$ and went elsewhere. Since your ratings are 3.5 out of 5 stars, you would think you would do something to improve your ratings
Useless after IOS update
App somewhat worked after the changeover from Wayne Savings. Then I up dated my iPad to IOS 26.4, and after I login it goes immediately to my home screen. Tech has been no help.
Mobile App 👎
The mobile app has always been finicky and now I can’t even sign on. Go through all the security checks, have the code sent, etc. and all I get is “cannot complete your request at this time”. Yet I can go online on a computer and sign in with the exact same credentials with no issue.
Not happy
Unable to pay bills on the app, have talked to 4 different people in customer service over 3 weeks without any results.

Worst Bank App EVER
The Wayne Savings Bank app has always been terrible. I was hoping it would be better now that they have merged with Main Street Bank but this is just as terrible. I have had access to it for 5 minutes now and it is already not working. If this app is just as bad as the Wayne Savings one I WILL be switching banks. I’m tired of not having access to my accounts just because the bank doesn’t want to put any effort into making a usable app.
