Controls
My #1 complaint are the controls. Using the slider instead of typing percentages is annoying because every time you lift your finger, it moves again. Have a space where it will auto-populate the other boxes with the slider or with typing the percentage down. Also, if I’m trying to compare paying $350k for a house with X amount of taxes or $375k for example, it changes every box relative to that one by percentage. Also annoying to have to adjust every single box when I only want to change just one parameter.

Not user friendly
Not user friendly. You have to be invited by a realtor.
Tough to beat
As a Realtor I have looked and looked for a great mortgage app. This is the first that I have found that is easy and simple to use and the information is accurate. Many are lacking or are too clunky, perfect balance with this app.
Very accurate
Got this before purchasing my home through the advice of my mortgage consultant. I couldn't be any happier, it was the same rate on my payments as it was on the calculator.
Great start
I would rate 5 star if it had the option to email or text the scenario. Also it will be nice to have the amortization table as an option. Great start though. I will be using it.
