No support
Maybe if your website actually had a support form I’d use it and give you more than 1 star. Same as people a year ago, app freezes every time I try to scan my physical card or do anything really. Total waste of time, just use your physical card if you can since you can’t even link the one you already have.

Why hasn’t this been fixed?
Every single review is an app complaint but it shows 3.6 rating and the small print shows more 5 stars than ones lol I tried too but didn’t work! So I’m giving one star for app But the store is Great and it’s not a big deal to carry the card as it’s worth it cuz they do give more value for the points here in the long run! And you never have to worry about long lines and they are always friendly!

I see some people talking about balances or scanning QR codes…. Perhaps some kind of user error? 😉
Unusable
This app has so many issues but the biggest one for me is that I have almost $50 worth of points that won’t show up on my app
App Frozen Even Before Use
I can’t even register an account. Every time I fill in the registration info the app freezes and then eventually comes up with an error message saying the request has timed out
