Can’t register this app. I’m a resident but several time I try to register but can’t
Won’t accept my zip code
This is really stupid. I mean I know what my zip code is. Why won’t it take it and let me set up my account? You need to fix this. I see it’s been going on for at least a year.
Its very boring & unfair.
First and foremost, the rewards are horrendous and unfair. While I understand you want to make a profit, what profit is there to make when there are better malls that provide better rewards for purchases made? How can you expect us to spend $1000 and get a $10 gift card in return while we cant even redeem a simple $10 e nex gift card after spending a $100? Moreover to add on to this, there isn’t any big events or rarely events that we can do to get free gift cards or get bonuses or free items. As a shopper, would you not feel that this is a ridiculous system? I think whatever the reason is you should atleast make the rewards more reasonable as well as the app itself. Give some events, make it fun. It doesn’t have to be a big event or anything but just something small and simple. Do this and i can guarantee you that more people will come and you will get a bigger profit than whatever you’re getting now.

Very restrictive to be only abt accumulative 500 points, which is just $500 (non-supermarket). It is lose-lose-lose for shoppers, Nex & its tenants.

Useful app
It is a very good app which lets us redeem points from shopping at stores at NEX and getdiscounts. however I think one thing that could be added is to let people take a picture of the receipt after the purchase and then get the points after (like suntec city’s app) and maybe add more vouchers so that there can be more variety. thank you!

Not all your merchant is into it.
They don’t ask whether you have the app a not. Some just charge you and after you tell them about the app. They say cannot already.
And since when agree to ALL MARKETING ADS is compulsory to sign up an app. It’s a huge turn off.

Way too troublesome to use
There is very little incentive to use the app at all. You have to spend at least $1000 on non grocery items to get a $10 voucher. There’s absolutely no partner promotions unlike in Capita Star.
The worst part is almost no vendors in nex actually display a visible qr code for you to scan before purchasing. They should allow scanning of receipts like all other apps.

Scanning of QR code troublesome
I feel that scanning of QR quote is too troublesome. Why not just scan the receipt like other shopping mall app? Some shopkeepers feel it is such a chore to scan the receipts & I had to wait for them to charge the scanner on one occasion!
The Most Stupid Reward Game At Nex
You have to redeem a token to play the "kiap kiap" game, and they expect you to get it easily! People have to do it a minimum of 10 times to succeed and there's a super long queue waiting🖕🖕🖕
