The payment was easy, each page led to the next and options for payment were varied.
Notification won’t go away
As reported others times in reviews, I have a notification bubble on this app that will not go away. I have literally clicked every thing I can in the app and it won’t go away. Apparently they don’t care because I just saw the same complaint from 2 years ago. I know it’s not a big deal but it is annoying.

Notification alert won’t go away
The app keeps saying I have a notification when I don’t. I have deleted and signed back in but it continues to show me a notification. The app does what it’s supposed to I can make payments on it. I just hate the notification since I like to keep my phone clear of notifications. Since it won’t go away I have to keep it off my Home Screen with my other folder with all my payment apps. If this gets fixed then I’ll give it a better review.

The app is fantastic except for the fact that every time I delete and re-download the app it’s telling me I have a notification and I really don’t so I don’t know what that’s about, but please fix…other than that it’s a great app.

Can’t log in on computer cause they changed everything to mobile app … I hate this app!

App says down for maintenance for about 3 months now

App just keeps displaying a message that it’s down for maintenance December 2021. Can’t log into account.

Wow, what an improvement from whatever was going on before. Could barely even find the website before to view/pay bills. Now I can see/do everything right on the app! Very convenient. Thanks & great job!
This Is Good
I really appreciate being able to pay our bills straight from my phone. Not having to call it in or deal with the website.
It’s just so convenient.
Hopefully the other companies like HRSD Cox Dominion get a clue and create an app.
This was an easy setup and already had a look around it, not complicated to understand and get your info.
