Usually updates are made to make improvements this app does not work!!
Ever since they updated this app is not functional the support is useless and offer no help. Fire your IT team they are costing you money. Ever since the app was updated you are unable to make any purchases as its functionality went away. The app does not work as its should.

Bej login me numrin tim dhe me del numri i dikujt komplet tjeter. Nuk paguaj dot me karte faturen. Çdo funksionalitet u shkaterrua.

Dissapointing
App is not functional at all after the recent update, i had an emergency now and needed to do a “top up” to refill my balance and couldnt do it bc when i clicked to the payment method it didnt show up anything. I could see only “payment method not saved” but no option to add my payment method. Before the update the app worked fine!!!

Very bad customer service
I’ve gone to their store twice to change my name inside the application and two times they got it wrong. How is this possible? And they are the ones crying about A.I taking their jobs—which they would do 100% better. Disrespected. That’s how i’ve felt. Thank you one al for such a beautiful experience.
Edit: months later, i can’t wven login with two of my numbers. It’s good to keep you at the lowest stars.
