Could be better
My church recently started using this app. I take attendance for my LIFE group. This could be better. I used to be able to sort by last name, which with couples is easier than first names. Now I can’t do that. First names only. Ugh. Adding visitors is a pain. I get them all in there but then have a hard time getting the keyboard to go away so I can see the save button at the very bottom. Why can’t the save button be visible at the top? And now there is no “dismiss keyboard” to remind me. Sometimes I forget to save because it’s not visible and have to do it all over. I get an email attendance report in the afternoon but it’s useless. It lists everyone in the class and their last date of attendance. I see the point but with 50 people there’s no easy way to use this information. Just give me today’s attendance WITH the names of the visitors! Or maybe an absent list too. I’d like to be able to recall the visitor names next Sunday without pulling up last week’s attendance while I’m taking next week’s attendance, on my phone BTW. I could copy and paste that way. If I want to run a report of last date attended let me do that but don’t make it the weekly default!

Outdated and not user friendly
Used them for 2 years. Although customer service response is quick. They aren’t always helpful. Account automatically renewed when we tried to immediately dispute it, they said no refunds. That was 600.00!!! We had several people complain about how they could navigate through it. Check Ins never worked and it was always user error according to them. We changed platforms and haven’t had a problem not once! Don’t use them!

Great church software
We have been using Onechurch software for our groups and Sunday services. The metrics and check in have been so helpful to keep track of attendance, giving, and overall people flow. I could go on about all the things the service provides but I’ll leave it at this. They have worked with us to grow with us and tech support is always ready to roll.
