So easy to use and the exercise videos were so much fun! I love that new content is added almost daily so I’m always seeing new info!
Code mystery resolved sorta
I was told that this app is for ‘participating’ providers and their patients. They currently do not have any relation to or work with Kaiser Permanente. I had wondered why they asked who my provider was for this program.

Downloaded this to help my journey through OPTIFAST weight loss. You need a code. After multiple requests, I’ve never received one. I actually don’t think this app has anything to do with OPTIFAST and is out of a local dealer/office because it makes no reference to Nestè and the entire experience has been a waste of time. Don’t bother!
