My Orange Cove

Orange Cove connects residents with essential city services in one convenient mobile app. Residents can: • Submit non-emergency issues directly to the city • Add optional photos and map locations to help staff find a problem • View current public reports while sensitive report descriptions remain private • Sign in to view and track their own reports and city notes • Read city notices and submit suggestions Authorized Orange Cove staff can use native field tools to: • View assigned and open reports and work orders • Review report locations and issue photos • Update work-order status and add notes • Create internal Public Works work orders from the field Location access is optional and is used only when the user chooses to set a report or work-order pin. Camera and photo-library access are optional and are used only when attaching an issue photo. The app remains usable when these permissions are denied. Orange Cove is intended for non-emergency city service requests. For emergencies, call 911.
