Easy to use
I use it with a hand held scanner and it is so nice! Once you have everything is in your list just scan and go! Increase or decrease quickly. And support is awesome just email them and you get a detailed email back quickly!
something is broken
Scans items very fast but when it comes to visualizing the list of items you have, the sections are all cut off on top of each other (organized by date of adding item to pantry which is the least useful thing) and I literally cannot see everything I have. Tried sending this to the app costumer support instead of giving a bad review but the customer support leads to a 404 error.

App crashes several times before it will load.
If I could rely on app to always open, it would bet a better rating. It’s the only app on my iPhone 13 to do this.
It has the basics in a way
This app will track your items, but it has a lot of forced entries that not everyone will use.
It needs to make entry easier for people who can or freeze dry their own food. A batch of jam may end up with 8 pints and a couple mini jars for a gift at Christmas, you can’t have multiple “units” for the same storage item, so you have to enter it again from scratch.
This is the same, you have two bottles of ketchup, but you can’t just change the unit from 8oz to 16oz.

Keeps crashing!
The app only opens 1 out of 10 or so tries!! But when it works, it’s awesome!!!
Needs a “no expiration date” option
Great app just wish they added a “no expiration date” option. I scan a lot of non food products (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and the such) and they end up filling the “expired” section unless I take the time to tediously change the date.
Does not play nice with password manager
Does not allow Apple to create a strong password.
No Validation Email
My purpose was to share my pantry with my household. I never got the email to validate so I could log in. I tried to resend twice, checked the spelling, waited several hours, and even tried a secondary email.

Where have you been all my life?
Sooo happy with this app. It’s exactly what I wanted: quick and easy to use, uncomplicated, and I can access it from any of my devices- iPad, android phone, or Windows laptop. Cloud subscription is cheap and definitely worth it. My only complaint is (and I could be wrong) you can’t locate an item in more than one place without making it a separate item, ie, chicken breasts in my kitchen fridge and backup supply in basement freezer have to track separately. Minor issue, though. I like to buy certain items from certain stores, so the multiple shopping lists are great. And it’s really easy and intuitive to move things around and add/edit categories, items and locations. It will definitely improve my “food life.”

Great App
Great app plus the price for the upgrade is very reasonable. I give it a 4.5. Would be a 5 but the only thing I ask is to make it possible to have no expiration date for items that have none and if we could change the name from Pantry Item to whatever we want that would be great as well.
Location?
Only 1 star because I don’t think there’s a way to edit location. Not very useful in that case.
Shopping list not categorized
It would be great if the shopping list showed the category as well as allowed you to sort the shopping list by category. For example, all of my Produce items would be together on my list making shopping easier. I have a different free app I’ve been using that does this and it’s such a convenience. No running from one end of the store to another because you overlooked an item in that isle.

This looks like it has all the features I need BUT
Please add a continuous scan option. Having to reopen the scan window is a pain when scanning multiple items from your pantry. Also there does not seem to be a way to note open items an how much you have like for staples that you pour into canisters etc

Really like it
This is an easy to use app making my pantry list readily available. The app allows you to group your categorized items in your pantry. I would’ve given it a higher rating if they made it so the shopping list can also be grouped by categories as does the pantry. Since each item is also shelved in categories in the supermarket it would make shopping a heck of a lot easier, after all isn’t this what were looking for? Great app 👍but there’s always room for improvement

Best user friendly app
This is the best app of its kind and trust me, I’ve tried them all! The user interface is really clean and works really well. New features keep getting added too. The UPC barcode scanning is awesome, it really makes it quick and easy to track my pantry and other household items. Another great feature is with the cloud subscription, all my data gets synced to all my devices, including being able to access my pantry inventory from my computer in a web browser where I can export to PDF and Excel spreadsheets! Highly recommended!!!

Bad design ruins otherwise decent app!
So I’ve been using this app for a couple days and now it’s displaying an ad along the bottom of the screen. Not terrible except for when you click to close the ad, it keeps coming back!! AND IT COVERS THE LAST LINE OF EACH LIST SO YOU CAN’T SELECT THE ITEM COVERED BY THE AD!
Exactly what I was looking for
This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for in an Inventory app! Super simply to use and clean looking. My only 2 complaints are the expiration section has a glitch so I cannot see anything therefore I cannot pick/change the expiration date. My second complaint is that there’s no contact for app support. If the expiration thing works, I would rate it 10 Stars if I could. PLEASE do something about this glitch. Otherwise, absolutely love everything about this app.
