Bad customer service
You charged me on the first day of a 3 day trial well I didn’t want your stupid app so I canceled the very first day because that is very dishonest and wrong the way to get people to use your app. Now I can’t even download any free apps because you still trying to charge me for your worthless app.

disgraceful. installed to track 1 package. Says i have to pay £10 a week for a membership? to track 1 single package! every single week until i cancel my membership! corporate freedom has gone too far in this world.
