Trouble Opening App on New Device
I’m having trouble opening my app on my new iPad. I have paid for the subscription and no one gets back to me to help me with this issue. This is quite disappointing.
The old “Bait and Buy” Method
Sounded like a great app. Downloaded it. Created a new account and got slapped in the face with an ultimatum: commit for 30 days for $1.49 or commit for 365 days for $14.99. I closed the window thinking I could maybe TRY it to see if it is a good investment. Nope. No trial option and I was promptly logged out by the system. It may be a great investment opportunity, but the bait and buy method was a bit off-putting for me. I would have respected it more if it said right out of the gate that this was a paid app. 3 stars for download appeal? But I wish I could try before I buy.

So I created an account then friend to log in and it didn’t work so I deleted the app.
