Back and Restore Lacking
While I have used this product for a long time, its one consistent flaw is its ability to back up easily across devices. They used to list the format required for a CVS import. An export will not import. Additionally encrypted backups do not import. This is specific to cross devices with the same app using the same master password. It also affects the primary device. If they solve this one issue and made it clear how this would work rather than bury it I would change my rating.

Ok App
This is my go to app for all passwords. Used to be awesome when it worked with Face ID now all of a sudden its not working with Face ID

Awesome app
This has saved my butt 1000 times. Itβs so user freely and easy to keep up with. It does frustrate me when I go off the app for a second you have to sign back it but this is extra security so I deal with it
Face recognition gone
Was good, have use this across iOS and Android, but now face recognition is gone, without any notification.

I have had facial recognition with this app for years. Recently you deactivated this unless I pay extra for it. That sucks.

Biometrics stopped working and restore database broken
Biometrics stopped working on my iPhone.Made a full encrypted backup, reinstalled the app and I am unable to restore encrypted database. I sent three messages to developers and support in attempts to recover my large password database. Unfortunately, never received a response. fortunately Never received a response. I still hope they respond with a fix. I will update the review if they come with a fix.

Less than a year after purchase it now says I have to pay again for pro version. Not impressed.

Face ID
Face ID stopped working and I get messages password is incorrect. Hopeless as there is no way to contact anyone. Very frustrating.
