Every time I try to login, it tells me my password or login info is incorrect. When I try to have the app, send me a link to reset my password the link never comes.

Terrible App
So far my interactions with Pacific Blue Cross have been stellar, but the same does NOT go for this app. It is very much NOT user friendly. It won’t even allow my boyfriend to register. So far we’ve made about six attempts to do so. I hope this does not portend how difficult it is to submit claims.😭

Not Good
Doesn't work on my iPad. No place to submit a photo of a claim. It demands all kinds of information about my provider, which I don't have.
