Topped up my account, pc received the money but my phone doesn’t work. I phoned and complained they said it’s all good and still doesn’t work!.

Top up set amounts ?
You cannot just top up how much you need. You have to buy 15, 25, or 50 dollar set amounts. Anything over, you get to donate to them in return for nothing. This is cynical and I can see right through it. Doesn't really instill me with confidence that you're on my side for anything else.
Have been down
I downloaded this app few days ago. It has been showing technical difficulties since then. I disconnected WiFi like i was told and then it shows “technical difficulties”. What is going on?
Also, why can I login to my account thru a pc mobile website? Why does it have to be an app? That is kinda frustrating!!

Best deal
The top up is confusing but how can you beat $29/month with 20gig. Maybe some more data & clear up the confusion of the top up. I pay with my credit card every month. I don’t like the prompts for top up. I had to call to find out if there was anything I had to do. Is it really 5G? Otherwise it’s good. I was paying almost double for the same service. Needs to be pure 5G now. It’s 2026. Cmon.

Ever since I got pcmobile and downloaded the app, I haven’t been able to get the app to even open. It always says there’s technical difficulties and not able to open. Despite multiple calls to their call centre for help no one has resolved the issue. It’s been over 3 months.
App doesn’t even work
Everytime you go on the app it says turn off your wifi and turn on your data … then proceeds not to ever work since I downloaded this app and went to this service provider I can’t do anything on this app I’m leaving this company

This app is absolutely garbage. We got our son this phone plan and have tried to get the app to monitor the payment and such and I am able to download the app however it will not open and says technical issues and to try again later. I’ve tried multiple times and days and nothing.

can never check the app properly because it’s always crashing or has technical difficulty, and on top of that it always tells me you’ve changed your rate mid plan so now I can’t view my data meters

Unnecessary payment deductions
when my data expired and i tried to used internet is used 22 kb of data and the app deducted 50 dollars money from my pc account and this happened to be 2 times before in the past to very disappointing i am just gonna switch to some other company
