Not actually free

Download is free, but to do anything you have to sign up for one of those trials where they want your payment information first and will start charging you if you forget to cancel. You only find out about this after they’ve had you create an account, verification code and all.

Hi, You can create, and track, 5 habits for free, without starting a free trial! You can also use the entire social network without subscribing. But in order to create more than 5 habits, and use the breathing feature, gratitude journal and the daily affirmations, you have to choose a subscription package, to start the free trial. Note: we are NOT asking for any “payment information”! Hope you see the value in what we offer for free. 🙏🏼

I try to be mindful, but with a busy life schedule I tend to forget to stop and think for a minute. Every time I do It gets a little easier again.
This App was exactly what I needed!

Helps me prioritize my well being in a new way

Thanks to this app I have found the easiest way to organize my life’s more important habits, my health and well being. My calendar is normally full of must do’s, but this app is reminding me of the well being that I never took time to either do or mark in my calendar. Breathing, reading, a few simple push-ups and flossing in the evening, is now never going to be neglected again. I love how simple it is to use and that there’s a built in count-down for everything, so I never need to leave the app when I’m in it! Beautiful pictures and inspiring words. This is my new favorite app of all!!
