Horrible now but it used to be a great game
I used to love this game a couple of years back, I would have gladly given it a 5 star review. However I recently reinstalled it and the game has changed so much. I dislike the candy update, it feels really unnecessary and annoying to have to wait 15 minutes for a VIP customer or watch a minute long add to collect candy and upgrade workers. Feels like an ad is being shoved in your face every 5 seconds the ads used to be bad now, its just unbearable. I wish the game was what it was in 2023-2024. Very disappointed.

I downloaded this game a couple days ago and have played everyday since but.. I have started to drift from the game because there are so many ads and they want to you pay so many extra fees for extra stuff. Like when you’re walking in the halls there are fee traps everywhere and an ad comes on every 30 seconds at least. It gets annoying when you just want to enjoy playing a game and you are just watching ads the whole time..

Too Many ads
At first the game was fine; then started to receive a mandatory ad less than every 5 minutes. If you passed on an ad opportunity, a mandatory one would pop up.

I love this game as is is not in your face annoying like some other games. I just sometimes wish I could go faster but not have to listen too ad after ad after ad and why is it when I get to another level I need to spend so much and for the special people who come in I have to pay like 17.k just to get them a plate of fruit. I truly do wish to pay les than 17.k for fruit.

I authorized a payment for $9.99 to unlock no adds, my bank was charged $16.99 after contacting support through the game they refused to issue my refund with no explanation as to why I was charged $16.99
Fun at First
The game was actually kind of fun at first, but once you keep upgrading all you do is collect trash. It made me not even want to expand my hotel anymore because I would just end up with more trash to collect.

Great game! Too many ads!
I enjoy playing this game, but if I spend half my time watching forced ads or watching ads to get something free in the app. You don’t get enough blue diamonds to not have to watch a video. You only get the free speed right for a couple of minutes then you have to watch another add to get it again. It would be nice if the time was longer. It would be nice to get more of a variety of guest. Then if you purchase the no ads, it only gets rid of the forced ads which, they are not really a problem. I want to enjoy this game longterm but I feel like I’m forced to spend money I shouldn’t have to.

Does not count points right!!
I would have loved this game more but I realized that whenever you try to get points for the star(for example when buying a room or leveling it up they give you like 3-4 points for the big star on the left) they take one off! Like I just upgraded a room and it was supposed to give me 4 points and it only gave me 3 and I realized it was because I was going to finish the level(the ones for being able to prestige upgrade) with 4, so they didn’t give me the point so I would have to upgrade another room! Very disappointed since I really liked this game.

Loveeee the game
I really want to love this game because the gameplay itself is genuinely fun and engaging, but the ad frequency and technical bugs make it almost unplayable. Getting an ad every 15 seconds is exhausting, but worst of all, I've had issues where I made an in-app purchase, got hit with an ad, lost my money, and never actually received the service/item I paid for. Fix the glitchy purchases and tone down the ads, and this would easily be a great game.

My perfect hotel is such a fun game I love leveling stuff up and it really helps with being bored I am bored almost everyday so I play this game and I play it for hours I highly recommend this game.👍

the game is pretty fun. i just hate how you have to pay actual money to get upgrades and diamonds. you cant move up in the game unless youre willing to spend real money. also too many ads.
