Lags, freezes & gets my phone hot
I like this game, the only issue is that once i start to play, it causes my phone to get really hot & the game starts to freeze or go to low. I stopped playing for a few months and just revisited the game. Once I saw it happening again I remembered why I stopped playing. This should get fixed because it shouldn’t be affecting my whole phone to play one game.

Never been spammed with so many ads on any game
Literally 3 ads a minute. Ad Everytime you want a booster of some sort, fine- whatever. But then there’s just general ads that run every 1 minute- I calculated. You don’t actually get to play the game it’s all ads.
Ads & Taking out Trash
All you do is watch adds and take the trash out. Not to mention the ads are highly inappropriate and sexual. As the hotel manager you’re constantly taking out trash bags and thats all you really do.

There is ads in this game. They said there isn’t any ads in the ad. but it is a good game though. I would have give it 5 stars if it had no ads.
My perfect hotel
This game is very good to pastime and for just joy when I’m on road trips or on a plane this is what i would do but the ad is a little misleading
Probably a scam
In the app itself it notifies me that there’s a virus and that I need to go in the App Store but I didn’t had any notification like this before installing this app so I guess the app is the problem. The game itself is not to bad, a little too much ads though.

I really like this game because you get to experience how to make a hotel and if you wanna work as a person in a hotel, this is how it helps and it’s really cool and fun and I feel like it also gives you responsibility to like know when there’s no more paper towel in the bathroom or how to always clean your room😄💙

I love this game SO MUCH! You don’t need Wi-fi to play! But honestly, there are way too many ads! If you’re reading this, I think that if you can you should take the ads off!
Barbie event nonexistent
This is my personal review. I have already contacted support and have yet to hear back. Long story short I uploaded the game have passed through about four hotels and I have yet to see any event related to Barbie. I am on iOS. My game is updated to the current edition and I have paid to have the ads removed. Suffice to say that I have been engaged since downloading the app about a week or so ago, but the fact that there is no reference to the Barbie event is not only misleading, but confusing. And feels poorly executed so until the game delivers what it advertises and promises, I will keep my star rating at a “1”. If gamers are spending their heart earn cash the least they can do is be transparent about gameplay rules, and restrictions and or bugs.
