No longer works after 8 years
Apparently since PG&E updated their website with two level authentication, this app can no longer receive my data.

App stopped working
The app worked great until my subscription expired. I paid to extend the subscription for several more months. After I paid, the statistics state that it is current until May, but it hasn’t updated my energy usage since November 6th; it is now December.
Useless App
Its one week past i got this app and upon trying to sign in still says “registered successfully. Your data is currently being uploaded. You may use your system shortly” without allowing me to sign in or showing anything. Should have listed to people who said it is a waste of money
Don’t waste your time.
I could never get into the app. Every time I would log in, it would say my info is downloading to close the app and retry in 1 to 3 minutes. Never would log me in.
PG&E app
This APP does not work at all, the company is out of business, the customer phone number listed is for a RV rental company, zero product support, pure scam !!

Fail
Simply doesn't work. Once you get everything updated and logged in you enter your utility company information and for a week it simply says uploading data. It never gives you any information. Complete fail.

It will never load though it says it’s still preparing your data. Get your money back and pull from App Store free one as well.
Doesn’t work
It does not connect to data and when it does it is weeks behind. Lately I’ve received an error message stating something wrong on website but PGE functioning normal. I’m going to get a refund and remove. It’s useless.
Totally useless app!
This app is very poorly designed. You have to click through too many pages to get to what you want. On top of that, after a while it requires you to pay for storage. Forget it! I am deleting the app again!

I downloaded and logged in to PG&E account 2 days ago. Since then it says “Initializing … Please wait a minute”.

App does not work. Kept saying “initializing.. wait a minute” for hours and never initialized. Should not even be in the App Store. Waste of $1.

What do you mean after I buy the app I also have to buy storage?
I’ve never been able to make this app produce a report, and now it says I need to purchase storage. I can see way more data on the PGE site than this app.

Can’t log in. I get a network access error. There is nothing wrong with my network. This app is a total price of crap!
Never worked - should have trusted reviews
Title says it all...trust the reviews. App never was able to log me in and consistently reported back a network error after timing out.
This app needs to be pulled from the app store. It simply does not work and at this rate is just a fraudulent download at a cost of $1.
