Hello! Thank you for your feedback! If you encounter issues with credits being deducted and an error message from the processing method, please contact us via email at support@kh-app.com. At the bottom, there's a tab displaying the history of all enhancements made to your photos. You don't necessarily have to wait in the app for your photo to be processed, as sometimes it might take longer due to server loads.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. When you first select the image enhancement method, you will receive instructions on which images are best to use for that method. In AI Quality Upscaler, it's recommended not to use photos of people, as this method can significantly alter them, especially with photos of men. It's best to use images of anything except people with faces in this mode. In other methods, photos with people, portraits, and old photos are improved very well. We will strive to improve the deblurring method in the near future

Hello! It's very unfortunate that you've had such an experience with the app. The algorithms for enhancing photos are constantly being improved, and the results will get better. It's also important to follow the instructions and select suitable photos for different processing methods, as they are trained on specific types of photos. Sometimes users don't need to enhance many photos, just a couple, and many don't want to pay for a subscription for this. In the future, we may also add a subscription with unlimited capabilities.
