DECEPTIVE RIP-OFF No FREE trial!
You are offered an option to do a three day trial before renewing at $4.99 a week. This option completely skipped the trial and went straight to charging me with no way that I can see to contact anybody for a refund. This is very deceptive!

The ads are terrible. I count even start playing the game. I was met with ads my first time opening the app. I can’t get to the tutorial because of the ads. I gave up. Removed game.

Had to watch 2 short ads before the game even started!! Then another within maybe 30 seconds?!? Doesn’t bode well—removed it before I’d spent any time playing. I could tell it would only cause irritation.
Not too bad
Very colorful and I like the ambiance. However, my coffee machine isn’t working on PeakView Hut location and also ads pop up no matter what and no option to decline when unwanted. Other than that, I like it. Also, can we have the option to change our avatar to female or male, that’d be great.

Loaded the game choose to not pay for no adds and an add loaded
Fair play I choose no adds after the add game went back to reloading and opened another add, not even on the game and it gave me two adds so removed

Couldn’t actually play due to ads.
I’m usually all for giving games a chance but the ads and commercials on this one are so horrible that out of 20 mins all I had was maybe 4 mins of playtime. Ads pop up nonstop. I deleted this game in less than a day because it was that bad. Do better…and I’d give no stars if I could.

Can’t Play
I clicked on an “x” to exit a window. Instead of playing the game, an ad plays. This happens every time I want to play the game. I don’t get a chance to play. I’m uninstalling the game

Too many commercials when you don’t want them and they’re too long is it possible you can make the commercials a little shorter I know you have to have them, but not every second of the minute. This is not a game if you do

No Ads
Just purchased no ads bundle for a high amount of money which had I d known in advance I would never have purchased your ripping people off. By saying No Ads should that not mean NO ADS or do you all work on a different principle. One really peed off person
