So I’m if you download the app you buy a subscription. They have charged me over and over and I haven’t even used the app. So infuriating
Less stars would be appropriate
I had this app for minutes, paid for the premium and should have read the reviews first. Like everyone says this app is garbage! Tried to ask AI questions and no response. Don’t waste your time or money.

The app used to be better when you could incorporate your health, but you can’t do that anymore. Choose a different option and stay away from this app. I can’t even change my goal weight.
Offers very little
There are no connections to the Health app for movement, there is no search function for the food that you’re entering, the AI feature isn’t connected to your profile so you can’t ask personal questions without reentering the information, it requires a goal weight, it feels weird and inaccurate, it’s bad and you don’t even know these things until you’ve already paid! So so so disappointed

Won’t let me change my goal weight ?
Original was better, this is still trash and it won’t let me change my goal weight … goal weight is set at 305lb!!! I weigh 158!
Not user friendly
Doesn’t have feature to just save a food item then add it on a course of meal. Have to manually keep entering macros. Not efficient. Want my money back.
No good
Should be free not worth$5 a week. Doesn't track protein or carbs even though you enter them holding tracks calories if you don't take a picture of it, you have to manually enter how many calories fat carbs, and protein yourself.
Poor functioning app
Horrible app. Paid for app and it doesn’t work well. It’s basically a waste of money.

This app does nothing to help keep track of nutrition. Or provide information. Another waste of space. You’re better off using a paper journal at this rate. Terrible app. Don’t waste your space and time

My company offers to
pay for this yet there is no option for me to add a code for it. Now I am being charged for what my company would have paid for. It’s not that it is a large amount, the fact that the option is available but not easily applied is frustrating. Hopefully someone will see this and offer assistance and I can be refunded.

This is not the My Plate app that Livestrong created. Some kind of scam.
useless $18
im pretty sure this is some sort of scam front now. money laundering? idek. this app USED to be great 5-10 years ago. just redownloaded after not using for a few years and purchased premium ($18 one time charge without subscription details or any details on what you are buying) and not only is the app borderline useless, it keeps popping up over and over with “purchase premium” anytime you click on anything. weird stuff. just get mfp instead.
