Application pas à la hauteur
J’arrive de l’univers Tesla ! Je sais je sais, Porsche c est la classe ! Je confirme ! Mais alors à quand une application plus complète ! Température intérieur, possibilité de préparer ses trajets, possibilité de fermer/ouvrir les vitres, possibilité de piloter la charge en détails, ouvrir le capot/coffre. On aimerait vraiment, nous, les nouveaux arrivants dans cette univers incroyable qu’est porsche, découvrir des mises à jour plus souvent avec la possibilité de décupler les options pour piloter le véhicule

Grundsätzlich ist die App in Ordnung. Aber eben nicht das, was ich von einem Porsche erwarten würde. Die neue App wurde so aufgebaut, wie ein Programmierer sich das vorstellt, aber nicht wie ein Benutzer sie benutzen möchte. Warum muss ich auf der Startseite das Thema ändern können. Das gehört in die Einstellungen. Das mache ich ein einziges Mal.
Das nimmt den wichtigsten Platz auf der Startseite weg. Weiterhin verstehe ich nicht, warum ich die Startseite nicht konfigurieren und selber anordnen kann. Alles ist starr und unflexibel. Ich möchte mir die Punkte selber zusammenstellen und anordnen. Auch ist die App des anderen Herstellers, aus der gleichen Stadt, deutlich flexibler und ich kann viel mehr Einstellungen am Auto vornehmen.

I have just got a new Taycan and the app should be an extension to the car’s interface. Unfortunately, I can’t get the My Porsche app to work on my vehicle and the app has no scenes available. I also can’t get Apple Music to work with the car. Hopefully an update will fix this soon.

Cant log my details
After 2 weeks my details still are not logged, no contact neither to what the problem is
Update removes useful info
The latest update has me moved fuel info and vehicle status such as whether the cars locked, windows open etc. Was useful, now it’s useless for me with a non electric Porsche!

The timer profile setting are very hard to work no real way explaining how to set the charge with a zappi
Inactive ?
Got my Cayman in November and installed the app. After refreshing a few times the app eventually updated showing locking status, fuel level, tyre pressures and location.
Two weeks ago the app showed ‘Porsche Connect Services Inactive’ so no details of the car were showing.
Contacted Porsche and according to them I now need to pay Vida phone to see my cars status.
I don’t want tracking etc just the basic information on the app. Surely they don’t want charge to show that ?
With mist normal cars you get your cars information on their app without being charged plus their apps update immediately.
Come on Porsche, what are you playing at with an awful app being used on a high end luxury car.

When I was tracking the arrival of my Macan in March 26 the app was fantastic. I would see every step of the way I could see if leaving the factory,driving to Emden and crossing the water and waiting to dock in Grimsby. This time with my second car it’s been rubbish. No regular updates no tracking it from Stuttgart. Never saw it at Emden or cross the Grimsby. If this is designed to build the excitement- this time round it was an epic fail! Do better or don’t offer it at all

My Porsche App Generally
The app tends to make it up as it goes along and is therefore pretty useless, frustrating isn’t the word 🤦🏼♂️
Not working for plugin hybrids
I have been emailing smart mobility @ Porsche advising them details of issues such as not starting charging when it should and not stopping either. The departure time is useless at present so have to switch direct charging on/off to keep battery at optimal levels.

Basic telematic app with low added value subscription options. Biggest value should be connection to Vodafone tracker but here features are also limited and unclear. Support from Porsche GB is awful (as in customers are an inconvenience). Overall, poor custex experience in every way.

Esse aplicativo é o melhor de todos pois ele é simples e eficiente. Os outros, das outras marcas de carro, tirando a bmw é tudo abaixo do esperado.
