About
My PR is the app for people who train seriously: lifting and running in one place, with the numbers that actually tell you whether you are progressing.
LOG WITHOUT FIGHTING THE APP
• A set table built for the gym floor: weight, reps, RPE and rest without leaving the exercise screen.
• It remembers your last loads and shows the previous session next to them.
• Rest timer and per-exercise notes.
PLANS YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REBUILD
• Blocks, weeks and progressions already organised.
• Duplicate a routine, adjust it and keep training.
• More than 1,300 exercises in the catalogue, plus your own with video.
RUN WITH INTENT, NOT BY FEEL
• Work out your maximal aerobic speed with a 6-minute test.
• Six zones with their own pace, so you know what to hit each day.
• Intervals and long runs sent to your Apple Watch: head out without your phone.
YOUR NUMBERS, WITHOUT A SPREADSHEET
• Personal records and history per exercise.
• Volume, distance, time and calories, week by week.
• A calorie target that recalculates with your real weight.
• Waist, chest, legs and any measurement you like, each with its chart.
ALSO
• A public profile with your PRs, your activity and your followers.
• Apple Health sync.
• A web dashboard for your coach: they build your plans and review your sessions from a computer.
• Your units: kg or lb, km or miles.
• Your data is yours, and you can take it with you.
Free to start: unlimited plans and routines, the full catalogue, set and record history. Pro (€4.99/month) adds a connected coach, custom metrics and units, exercises with video and Apple Health.
Stop logging your sets in your phone's notes app.
