Rebate
They promised rebate it’s a year almost and they were saying it will take 3 months to process now they never answered phone or email I hired lawyer to discuss this matter for sure.

This is literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with stay totally away. The promised me a rebate last November and I still do not have it. They don’t pick up the phone or call me back. Stay totally away. My lawyer is now involved

This COMPANY is the biggest scam!! Don’t know how it is still operating. I think they pay people to answer what the person need to hear but nothing is done. The person that goes to your house should be fired. DON’t and I say don’t do any business with them. Gave it a one star but really I didn’t want to put any star.

Broken App by Scam Compant
This app does not work. It only shows errors. The company will not respond to requests, will not reimburse customers for promised costs and fees paid. Do not do business with them or any company associated with the numbered corporation that owns this company.

Worst company ever
I will never recommend anyone to go to this company’s scam regarding their services. It’s has been 2years now still I am calling them every day regarding my bill payout and they are not doing anything. Not even answering calls or emails. They have very unprofessional way of dealing with customers. Because of the pending buyout my credit score has ruined. Collection team is giving us call every other day regarding the buyout and even after providing proper invoice to your customer service no one is paying it and also has said that it’s not a proper invoice.

Unable to login
I have been unable to login into the app lately. I keep getting error (500). Also, I booked an best day emergency service but nobody showed up. Nobody even called me to reschedule it.
Terrible system
I have tried using this system for so long and never works and then to try and contact them is just as bad. I can not get a hold of anyone from this company after using there app and leaving phone messages or trying to talk on the phone

The app is horrible it is not effortless and none expert service as they say. No one calls back and the service technicians either are really not actually booked or just cancel when they feel like it. I took the afternoon off work several times and no one showed up. They also don’t answer there phone on the customer service line. Some needs to start a support group about this company
