They tell you that they will get back to you within 24 hours but they actually don’t.

I asked when I will get back with my ex, which is a guy. And Astrid responded as my ex was a female. And very generic answer too. And all the pics look AI generated as well. But yes of course I wanted to use that free question to test it, now I deleted the app and will not return.

There very rude to you when you ask a question. And they basically criticize you for asking it
Terrible service
It says free first time reading once installing the app. It says you can receive a fee easing within 24hrs which I don’t get till like 3 days after and then it’s charging me please fix this glitch or service!
Negative negative negative ENERGY
I feel very bad negative energies from this app and with the advisors. Plus they are rude and cold hearted and non compassionate.

Always wrong and then he had major attitude don’t go to them their age better ones and they actual know what they r talking about she is full of negativity and was always wrong
Horrible app
I used to use this app often but haven’t for about 3 years. Thought I would again, but the app doesn’t work. Cannot reset password just gives unknown error. Can’t even notify IT.
SCAM
Usually I don’t post reviews, but I feel like scammers probably get so mad when people draw attention to the fact that THEY ARE A SCAM
Lol . Reverse image search every psychic and you will see that These “psychics” profile pictures are google images / stock images of “older woman smiling” or “random old lady looking out the window” . Lol lol
I was going to chat in and my question was going to be me telling them thag I am a real psychic and I randomly felt drawn to download this app and message them and let them know that something very bad is going. To happen. Pay for my services on cash app and I will tell you the message from the spirit . Lol but unlike this wierdo, I don’t have time for all that

Can get better reading’s elsewhere
Do not ever try this app, they’re only in it for the money.
Everything was erased
This morning was working, I asked a question, and all my story disappeared, my login reset, my mail was not found, and I paid for tu questions. How I receive the reimburse?
App is crap
If you have problems or glitches you're supposed to email BUT they never respond. Paid for a reading and I can't open it to read the response. Emailed 3 freaking times worst app ever and customer support stinks.

This dude credic Grant or whatever tells me to wait 24 hours for a answer and I waited 24 hours and he gave me an answer but he didn’t answer my question.

Never ever use this app.... They didn’t answer my question as they promised to respond within 24 hours. I tried contacting them through mail but no response. Forget money don’t even waste ur mobile data for this app..

Please do not purchase anything don’t be careless, don’t even wait 24 hrs for a response when they respond 3 days later with some fake things that won’t make sense. Your gut already told you this was sketchy, believe it. There’s better apps trust me.
Fake Profiles and Fake Readers
Do not waste your time with this app. Let me tell you why. Open up the app and take a screenshot of the reader’s photos. Run them through a reverse image search on Google, and you will see that the majority of these are stock photos. They do not belong to real people. If they are using fake profile photos, why would anyone think they would give a remotely accurate reading? It needs to not even be on the App Store.

Scam/Fraud ?
I had two readings from two different readers and the second reader gave the EXACT same reading the other reader supposedly gave me. I am reporting this app. I wouldn’t pay this app. The other app that did this is called Tarot Eagle. Tarot Eagle reader was different than reader on this app My Psychic. Same EXACT response. I took screenshots.

Pay attention to the reviews
This is as horrible as it seems for my free question t was answered with a paragraph that made it seem like she knew nothing of what she was talking about, i clearly said something to ask a question and it was like her reading missed a big main key, I’ve been to psychics before and this was just not good what so ever
