Hard to get bookings
At first glance this app seems like the best one but it’s weird, had much better experience on GoalieUp. Got both MyPuck and GoalieUp at the same time, have booked 8 games over the last 2 weeks with GoalieUp making a total of $340. I don’t understand why I can’t find games on MyPuck…. I apply for everything offered from E-AA because why not and haven’t found 1 game. Divisions make 0 sense, I’ve played 12 years of GTHL A and AA and ASHL E,D and C divisions, won Clancy cups and ashl champs but I need a hockey db stats???? Why I’ve never heard of the site…. App has stunk so far maybe I’ll have a better experience as I keep using it but for now this app stinks. More opportunities and higher pay on other rent a goalie apps… it’s only been two weeks so hopefully I have a better experience

Clunky, glitchy app
It’s hard to cancel bookings and the app routinely freezes or gets stuck on the page to book the goalies. In addition, you can’t get a hold of anyone at My Puck if you need support and the email address on the website doesn’t work.

MyPuck
The definition of a Keeper, the puck is in his possession, therefore he can say “MyPuck”. I have been serving with MyPuck as a rental goalie even before the app was born. Prior to that I have been a programmer working on a Document generator software program. Please give grace to the numerous bugs you encounter, every new app will have those. But the beauty of this app is the user needs to choose their goalie and Commit to it. This is a most interesting twist to the industry when it comes to being a rental goalie.
