So good it needs an expansion
Dear developers,
Please give us an expansion or more levels. I haven’t had a game on my phone for years. This one was worth it. Money well spent.

Good but bad progression
I love the game so much and it’s really good for passing time. However, my vault is capped at 75 million and i need 120 million to upgrade rooms…. it’s not letting me go over the vault cap like it used to, so there’s no way for me to upgrade the remaining rooms fully.

So, I don't normally write reviews unless the game is amazing.... So there we go then 😆 Anyway, this game is so fun! You get to design your hotel and it Is so relaxing, so when you are fed up, you just open za app and get greeted by cute cats! Also the drawings/ illustratings are so cute 🥺

Can’t get past level 19
I cant get past level 19. There is no further decorations that I can add or upgrade the vault. I have been collecting chests now for three weeks to upgrade the managers to finish the level, which is boring as there’s not a lot of point doing tasks when the vault is full. I’m about to delete the app. It’s a bit disappointing.

I used to play this on my tablet but I got a new iPhone 16 and now I play it on my phone this game keeps me entertained and best part you can play it offline. I loved this game so much it’s so cute!
LOVE THIS GAME
Currently at level 16, but am facing an issue. My vaults max capacity is making it so I can’t upgrade certain rooms because the cost is more than the vaults max capacity. The vaults max is 75M, but the next upgrades cost 120M. I cannot upgrade the vault anymore either.

Later on, when upgrading to room 204, the vault's capacity was simply insufficient, and there were no other ways to upgrade the vault. Furthermore, I didn't see any additional content beyond the initial land and rooms.

Fun game but frustrating limits
I would have given in 4 stars a week ago (-1 because there’s no way to sync my progress to play in iPad AND iPhone), today it’s 3 stars because I just realized my vault is capped and I can’t get more than $130,000, but there are some things you have to pay more than that for to up the levels in the most recent room I unlocked. So I can’t make any more money and can’t upgrade the room fully. Everything else has been upgraded, all the research done. So there’s no reason to do anything that earns money. I’ll keep playing until I at least unlock all the rooms. Then I can spend money again. Or maybe it’s time to move on to a new game.

I find the merge / synthesis mechanic really tedious and not at all fun. It’s vital if you want to progress at all. Wish I could bypass it entirely.
There are typos like AD Bouns instead of AD bonus.
The upgrade panels for the rooms etc are missing the left and right borders / edges.
Where is the magic cat for the 7 day login? Can’t find them.
This all makes the game feel uncared for.

Progress vanished
The game overall was good. But way too. Many adds a and started getting boring but after on update I opened it everything was gone all my hard work progress it did it was gone to 0 rating 😭🤦♀️🤦♀️ and all the rooms back to normal I worked super hard wasted tons of money and it was gone after the update couldn’t anyone tell me first the memory would get ruined after the update? Also the game can be very boring sometimes I personally prefer not to download this game it’s waste of time and energy

took me a while to get used to managing a hotel, but it’s so good! No bugs I’ve encountered except for 1!
One time I was stuck on the upgrade reception part with other parts of it there.
I fixed it so nothing to worry abt.

Bug Issue, Help!!!
Love this game, cute and fun, but I’m experiencing a bug where trying to go to The Synthesis Center results in a permanent loading screen. I tried to find a bug report option but I can’t find it anywhere. Please fix so I can get my blue stars!
