使えません

製品登録にあたってまずQRコードが読み取れなく製造番号は手動で入力、そして写真のアップロードにとにかく時間がかかります。保証書の写真がやっとアップロードできて購入証明書の写真をアップロードすると、保証書の欄に購入証明書の写真がアップロードされています。これ、製品登録出来た方いるのでしょうか？私は出来ませんでした。よって製品登録もできません。こんなに使えないアプリは初めてです。
アプリが使えないと保証期間も伸びないし修理も出来ないのに、このアプリは本当に酷いです。リファを選んで購入した自分が間違いでした。もうリファは買いません。

使いづらい

アプリの製品登録で保証が半年伸びるとのことで、インストールしたが、重たすぎて購入明細の写真をアップロードするのに5〜10分もかかった。
これだけ低評価を受けているのに一向に改善の兆しが見られないのが残念。製品は良いのに勿体ない。

最初から調べておけば良かったのですが、リファハートコームアイラの製品登録が出来ませんでした。
保証書は大事に持っていましたが、意味ありませんでした笑

ReFaの公式アプリであれば、全ての製品の保証をしてほしいです。

10年保証で購入しているのに、製品登録したら一年しか保証されていない表示。さらに読み込みにエラー連発。アプリ出す意味あります？レベル
