Decorate items will not load

I paid for no ads because it started off as a really cool game. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, the items for decorating will not load. Itโ€™s a loading symbol that just spins and spins. Iโ€™ve tried deleting and redownloading. Iโ€™ve tried connecting to different Internet. Nothing is working and it is extremely disappointing.
