Information on pickup and dropoff incorrect
Pick up and dropoff times showing in the map is incorrect. Because of this as a parent waiting for longer time at stop after taking a break from work meetings
Not reliable
This is my second day using the app and one of my child’s information isn’t popping up. The other child’s bus information says he hasn’t been picked up when he has. The bus came earlier than the app said. I can’t find any bus route for my middle school child. It’s frustrating.

Great when it works
It’s fantastic when it works but it glitches way too much and the bus won’t show up on my device but will on another. Maybe iOS issue?
Waste of time
This app is aggravating. I have closed it reopened it. It still does not work. It shows the time, but it does not show the bus. The bus is not moving. Nothing like that. Happens these days. This is gonna be a rough school year.
Disappointing
Slow to hear back from admin. The times change and they’re wrong. It says he was dropped off but the bus is still at school…
I don’t know how this app gets 4.5 stars
I’ve had this app for two years and I don’t see how it gets 4.5 stars. It doesn’t work about 75% of the time. Like today, I’ve checked both morning and afternoon, and it is not giving real time updates of where the bus is. It is garbage and I wouldn’t have it but my school district doesn’t post information on where the bus stop and bus number is so I have to get it. Honestly, I could get this information and delete it the rest of the year because it serves no purpose

Pretty good a little slow
Inaccurate
Time estimates and bus location icon are inaccurate (way more than other similar apps). Time will show late, then jump back to on time ) thereby potentially making parents late to pick up. Or shows a drop time that is impossible based upon bus location (couldn’t possibly cover the distance in advertised time).

I have 5 kids 2 of which are autistic. I love how I can see where there are to know they are safe!!!
Bus
At my son school they told me that bus will be on the app and I can get live updates on were the bus is at but I never see the bus location I only get the times can someone help me why I can’t see were the bus is at
