Nunca da la ubicación exacta del Bus, como Asi la ubicación sale para NY, estando en Pensilvania, realmente para ubicar o ver dónde está el bus, no es muy bueno, también no le veo la lógica de tachar y decir que completo la ruta sin antes terminar de entregar el último niño.
Severe lag, useless ETAs
This app is awful. Our school used to use a different app that worked flawlessly, then changed to My Ride K-12 this year. This one causes more problems than it’s worth, particularly (1) the bus tracker is woefully laggy, showing where the bus was 2 minutes ago instead of real-time, causing many people to miss or nearly miss the bus, and (2) the ETAs are laughably inaccurate — for example, showing 30 minutes out when the bus is right around the corner. I hope either the developers fix the app, the company fixes the tracking software, or our School District changes back to the other system.

The app is not accurate and does not shoe the location of the bus. Estimate times change frequently and often do not indicate the correct destination time.
Organized chaos
The app is perhaps better than blind but there is still a lot to be desired and taken advantage of. Messaging is not activated and student lists are not accurate. Which has forced us to have to get 3 on the bus and take one in the car even though they are all sisters. Common sense should prevail but tech has slower or removed common sense it seems. Otherwise we are happy and thankful for all the hard work of drivers.

Inaccurate bus location
This is supposed to prevent the kids from missing the bus, but it doesn’t work correctly. The bus location is completely inaccurate on the map . Our school corporation used a different app for the past several years and it worked perfectly. They changed to this app and it doesn’t work. It’ll show that the bus is two or three or four blocks away when it’s actually at our house. It has not worked properly at all! If anything, this is gonna cause my kids to miss the bus this year!

Very modern system!
90% Useless
App notifications are not synced to actual tracking location for the buses. I’ll get a notification saying my kids are about to be dropped off and then I’ll open the app and see oh no actually there was a delay and now they’re not showing up for another 20 minutes. And then the routes have expiration time so if the bus is running late at some point, it just disappears from the map and I can’t track it at all anymore even though my kids haven’t been dropped off yet.
