The app itself needs a lot of work half the time it doesn’t even open , or it takes forever to load anything IF YOU GET IN . Also the data with this company is insane but hey it’s free so ig we’re not supposed to complain 🤷🏾♀️

In the beginning it let me logged in check my account. Somehow after they updated it doesn’t work anymore. Please fix it.
Useless
Same experience as another reviewer - after being sent a link from Safelink to download it, as a new customer, I did so. Should have checked the reviews first and saved myself a wasted hour trying to log in. Kept trying to get a pin; kept getting messages saying "keyword not supported" instead of a pin number. Tried the ' help' option - AI response completely useless. I Kept explaining, in different ways, but it couldn't understand. Finally it insisted the pin number must be there, I just needed to keep looking for it! Decided I don't need the app. The phone works, the app doesn't, customer service? Don't make me laugh.

Company’s a scam
They advertise for CA residents as “You receive 25g data AND 10g hot spot data” but don’t be fooled. You don’t receive 10g hotspot on top of your 25 monthly. It’s clickbait and a total scam to get people to sign up with their company. What they really mean is “you’ll receive 25g of monthly data. Feel free to use 10 of those G’s as a hotspot”.
I spoke with NUMEROUS diff reps before transferring to this company and I asked each one of them the same questions about the data and they all insisted on telling me that I’d be receive 10g ON TOP of my 25 regular monthly gs. I can’t believe this kind of stuff is legal, honestly. I instantly regretted transferring to this .. another scam of a company.

Can not login
As others have mentioned I keep getting the same message keyword not supported. I have also sent a email message to the developer, and I have not heard anything from them regarding this issue,so basically the app sucks along with the developer for bad customer support
App still not showing data balance
Ive had this app for a very long time and I check it everyday to check my data balance and for some reason for the past couple of weeks the balance isn’t showing up at all and I refresh the app and I delete it then re download the app and still nothing

The six digit pin for log in wont send to my phone so i cant even manage my account settings on the app.

Hardly ever shows data, never really loads, a waste of phone storage really.

Useless for most things
When your on a low bar plan don’t expect much, the app only tells your current data remaining once a day which is ridiculous. you should be able to refresh or reopen the app and get the current update data remaining. been standard with cellular companies since smart phones were a thing. no excuse why this app can’t do that.
lastly, there should be a security section where you can set up a account pin rather then having to call like most cellular companies let you in there apps.

This app desperately needs an update; it's far too buggy and annoying!!!
Completely Broken
Revised rating: App used to indicate my plan info. Then the plan data numbers never changed, and now the app is just a plain white screen.
This app is embarrassingly bad. Idk who they paid to do it but it was a grift. It’s just a wrapper with basic line info, and every button you click takes you to a website.
Furthermore, there ARE ADS IN THIS cellular plan app.
