This is the best Bank I have ever been a part of and dealt with. Customer service is great. Everyone is always happy.
Big mess since new computer system
Totally impossible to communicate with my branch since Christmas my branch, will not even answer the phone; other branches pick up and know nothing about my account which are six accounts. Totally frustrated.
Deposit Limits
Why did you lower my electronic limit from $5000 to $500? My credit score is excellent and I have been a Sancap Bank customer for over twenty years so this change is impossible to understand.

Great upgrade
New online banking and new app are excellent upgrades
No LOG OUT option
The one thing I require from a banking app is security. There is no Log Out option on this app, as far as I can tell. Developers need to address this problem. Meanwhile I will be deleting it from my device.
