Dumped trash and Pothole Fixed!

I’ve used it for years to get attention for the unincorporated county where I live. (Its address locator is broken today tho…”

UNFRIIENDLY!

I found this app very unfriendly. I tried to submit a pothole request and kept getting a response that my address was invalid. I live in the unincorporated part of the county (Felton) but couldn’t use the app to request pothole repair. I finally resorted to sending a request to the Dept of Public Works. Unfortunately I wasted over an hour trying to use the app.

It won’t open or function properly on iPhone 12

Doesn’t work anymore

Used to be a good app, but no longer. Tried to report some potholes as I’ve done before but this time it doesn’t work AT ALL. Disappointed.

App not allowing me to report issues

When reporting an issue you go through the whole process and then it says email address not valid. It used to work fine.
