Do not recommend
I used to blow this app up but this past school year this app topped working, and even after paying for the highest account it doesn’t download the pdf that is required to be turned in. It has already created 100 of additional work hours for me and they have no customer service. I am now seeing why this is no longer supported by the play store. I am a homeschool content creator and I will never rep this product again. I will obviously never get my money back or get my binder for this school year either

This app is no longer working properly
This app was the best tool in my tool box however it doesn’t seem to be working properly. It won’t allow me to pay using android phone. My apple doesn’t show all our information and I am now at the end of my school year having to re do an entire year of work. This is awful and no support numbers anywhere. I am no longer recommending

Total lifesaver!!!
I downloaded this app to keep an electronic record of my children’s homeschooling. I was able to take pictures of projects, papers, or screen shot grades on apps and keep them recorded as the year went on rather than trying to compile it all at the end of the year or store all that paperwork! I also was able to upload curriculum lists, pictures from field trips, and reading logs. Then, at the end of the year, was able to submit the entire portfolio to a certified teacher for review! It could not have been easier! Thank you so much for this app!

Great app
Great app! But I wish I could upload documents instead of taking pictures only. Also, when I try to upload pictures it doesn’t always find them until I leave app and re-enter it again. Otherwise great!

Love this portfolio maker!
I am a homeschooler and a planner and like to keep everything in the palm of my hand wherever I go - this makes it simple!
This app allows me to schedule all of my homeschool activities for my girls and categorize the activities into learning subjects. Once I complete an activity I can upload all details including pictures and relevant links. All of these activities can then be sorted and reviewed throughout the year. At the end of the year I can send all of the information to my portfolio evaluator with a push of a button.

My School Files is the best thing we added this year for our homeschool journey. It is very easy to navigate. I’ve added a lot of pictures and assignments already. It will be much easier to keep up with then adding everything like we have been. The calendar is great!! Thank you so much for such an amazing app! This will be so helpful going forward! Everyone should have it! Game changer! :-)

Great tool!
I’m so excited to have one place where I can record all my school stuff on a day to day basis. I have five kids so keeping up with all they are doing can be a challenge. This app will definitely help me get organized.
Great for homeschoolers
Very easy to use. I like how you can track what you did each day in the calendar. Adding school items and uploading photos is a breeze. The best part is the beautiful portfolio it builds for you that I will send to my evaluator at the end of the year.

This app is amazing and makes my portfolio process and planning so much easier! The assistant feature is so helpful and the app is easy to navigate. With four children doing so many different things I love the simplicity, the option to be as thorough and detailed as I want from day to day or subject to subject, logging what I feel is necessary to remember or share. I especially love being able to add the links that I want to have at my fingertips right along with details and documents! My organization and planning efforts just got way easier and that is exciting!! Thanks SO much for this huge contribution to home education.
