Loading too long
When it’s loading it takes a long time and will kick u out in the middle of the game .. fix this !
I love this game
I absolutely love this game! I’ve been playing it since 2021 when I was in middle school. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and forgot the game's name, so it took me 5 years to find it again (I’m 20 now, omg! 🥹)
Coming back to My Secret Bistro feels like a dream, and I’m so happy the graphics are just as charming as I remembered. I also truly appreciate how the developers are always so dedicated to fixing bugs and responding to feedback 😘😘😘
One small suggestion: I’ve been following your YouTube channel and noticed more AI-generated content. I totally understand it's for efficiency, but I personally love the game’s original art style so much more. I hope you won't over-rely on AI, as your unique hand-drawn touch is what makes this game so special to me!

I’ve been a daily player since this game was released years ago. I’ve put up with the constant lag and network errors, but now I have to give you permission to track me to watch an ad! No thanks, I’ll find another game to spend my money on. Bye!!!!!

Can't any free ruby or energy things through ads. It keeps saying error

In the new update they took away adds for the U. S and now the game isn't even playable.
It’s angering sometimes
I feel like I’ve hit a wall sometimes bc I don’t have active friends and people don’t let me join guild- any quests with the two are often hard to finish.
Also as of the newest update USA users seem to not be able to watch ads. An error message pops up when pressing any volunteering for an ad like the daily spin or gems.

How do you get pets
I keep going into the pet thing, but there's none there. Maybe I forgot to read the instructions lol 😂
URGENT! Latest update can’t watch any ads!
To the developers: the latest update on March 11-12 2026 has a big glitch! I cant watch any ads and just get an error code and it’s impacting the game play, so please fix and update if you can, thank you!
Great game but long loading
When you press other function: shipping, mail, ect. It takes very long time to load probaly 3-5 min and you can not touch anything to exit.

Okay, to start, I love this game and have been playing for years. It’s a little slow and sometimes boots me out of the game, it’s kinda annoying but I’ve gotten used to it by now. It’s a fun game to play if you like leveling up and having a cute bistro, however I recently switched to a new device and so I redownloaded the game and the data transferred over, but somehow during that, my game glitched so now it no longer allows me to pack shipping orders or go on expeditions or use a special cooker, every time I try it says I need to increase my level or finish the Snow White story, (which i have already finished) but I’m level 50, and I recall only having to be like level 10 to pack orders and an even lower level to go on expeditions. I hope you guys can fix this otherwise I might have to restart my progress and I really don’t want to seeing as it took such a long time to get here and acquire all the things I have. Thank you.

And you can always count on Benny to answer any questions you may have- good to know the makers of this game care and do their best to make this an exciting game. Patisserie, Pocket Potions, Sweet Shop, Dream Dresses and the old version of Hello Cappuccino as well as I Love Coffee- all of those are no longer available and so I was happy to find My Secret Bistro, which has alot of elements I loved on those other apps.

Depressing
I’m not sure if this is a mainly us server based game or if maybe my game is like lagging behind… it feels like I’m waiting for 5 minutes or more for any of the screen things to load now.
The “Party” quests are the worst thing ever in this game. They take so long to finish when you don’t have enough people visiting your place.
Also WHY IS EVERYONE SELLING GEMS??????
God I just want to complete a quest to buy a market item and every single person sells gems?!
Don’t even get me started on the guilds? I’ve played this game for years and every guild I apply to denies me?? Why Bother having a guild option? 🤨😒

Really great game!
I love this game and I play everyday! If I change one thing it would be that if in the market we could sell the extra pet eggs we have acquired, the extra pets we have acquired that we don’t need that someone else could use and the extra pet food. Just a shame to throw them out- right now I have about 40 extra pet eggs, 9 pets that just need a contract but I don’t need them and about 100+ extra pet food. If there’s any way we could sell all these extra item we don’t need that would be the chefs kiss 💋

So i came back to this game because i miss this game so much, but when i wanted to log in to my old account, there’s no option to log in with google account

Great game but not sure on a lot of things.
I really like this game but some things aren’t easy to figure out. I just got a pet but it says waiting on a contract and I have no idea how or where to get a pet contract. Plus I do not know how to use the magic paint or the blue glass tiles and other things that you get but have no explanation for. Also you can buy these managers for like a hundred million but they’re not for your shop? Very confusing. I’ll still play this game but will be limited in what I can do in it.
