My Security by C-Guard Pro

My Security is the client app of C-Guard Pro. If a private security company guards your building, your site or your neighbourhood, this app shows you what is happening there, live, from your phone. WHAT IS HAPPENING AT MY SITE • Live status: PROTECTED or without coverage, and how many guards are on duty right now. • The guards assigned to you, with their photo, shift and profile. • Incidents reported at your site, with type, severity, photos and location. • Patrol rounds: which ones were completed, when and by whom. • Visitor log: who came in and out, with time and details. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Report an incident yourself, with photos and location. • Pre-authorise a visitor and issue a QR pass before they arrive. • Leave instructions for the guard on duty and follow them through to completion. • SOS: an emergency alert that reaches the control room and the guards on site at once. • Message your security provider directly — text, photos, files and voice notes. • Open a support ticket and follow the replies. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP • Your provider's documents, permits and certifications, always at hand. • Reports and statistics: hours delivered, incidents by day and by severity, average response time. My Security requires an account created by your security company. It is not a stand-alone service.
