Won’t load tickets

Can’t load my tickets or transfer them. Had to get paper tickets at will call. No one to offer app support to fix it.

Unsatisfied

The Sheas app will not bring up my ticket and since I can’t use Ticketmaster, I can’t get to my ticket. My rating is actually less than one star.

Terrible, low functionality

This app does not let you save tickets to Apple Wallet, despite many pop ups prompting you to do so. This app was revamped last year and it’s been terrible ever since. The Ticketmaster interface is terrible! Do better, Shea’s!

I would LOVE to Add to Apple Wallet

Stop telling me to add my tickets to Apple Wallet. There is no option to do that, and it’s just annoying. I am not a fan of this app. It’s actually gotten worse with the last few updates.

Really zero stars but they won’t let me rate <1.

Crashes whenever you try to navigate. All I want to do is save tix to wallet.
